Digital Items

For digital items, we do not offer a return policy. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will make adjustments or corrections to the item as needed.

Printing Items

Once the artwork is approved by the customer and a deposit or payment is made (or even if no payment is made), the order is considered confirmed. After the item is printed, we will not be responsible for any changes, returns, or refunds.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Or depends on type of shipping we have provided / requested by customer.
