There is no requirement to create an account with us prior to using our services.

There is no legal minimum age requirement to access and browse this website; however, we advise that anyone below the age of 18 obtain parental consent when using our services, especially when submitting payment information for orders.

About Your Content   

When submitting files for  Print, Graphic Design, Web Design, or Printing , you warrant that: 
– You have the legal right to use the content. 
– The material does not infringe on copyrights, privacy, or publicity rights. 
– The content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful. 
– The files do not contain viruses or malicious code. 
 Legasi Shah Fast Print  reserves the right to refuse any submission that violates these terms. You retain ownership of your files, but we recommend keeping backups as we do not store them indefinitely. 

Order Policy   

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or modify orders at our discretion. Orders are only deemed accepted upon delivery. 

  Fees & Payment Terms   

– Prices are subject to change without notice. 
– Payment must accompany each order (via credit/debit card or other approved methods). 
– Unpaid balances may result in order cancellation after a 60-day holding period. 
– Disputes must be reported within  7 days  of receiving your statement. 

Delivery of Products   

Products will be shipped to the address provided. Delivery times are estimates, and delays do not warrant cancellations or refunds. 

Force Majeure   

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, wars, strikes). 

Satisfaction Guarantee & Product Warranty   

We stand by the quality of our  Print, Graphic Design, Web Design, and Printing  services. Refunds or replacements are only provided for  manufacturing defects  (e.g., damaged prints, incorrect orders). 

 Important Notes:   

–  No changes  can be made once files are submitted. 
– We are  not responsible  for customer errors (e.g., typos, low-resolution images, incorrect orders). 
– Complaints must be submitted within  30 days  of receiving the product, with supporting images. 

Acceptance of Agreement   
By using our services, you agree to these terms.  Legasi Shah Fast Print  reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
